Hard Times Cafe & Cue is a regionally franchised, waitress service; sit down restaurant, with a billiards component. Hard Times Cafe was founded in Old Town Alexandria, VA, over twenty five years ago, and has an extremely loyal following, almost to the point of “cult” status. The current Hard Times Cafe System has 16 open locations. Nine of these include billiards and a bar with a tenth soon to open in Hagerstown, MD.
